Rough Cuts and Music Samples
With most of the assets fully rendered, this rough cut is the early stages of animating and most likely to be used as a place holder for slightly larger/higher quality assets.
Rough Cut Scene 1
Rough Cut Scene 2
Along with the rough cuts, here are some samples with the song I'm planing to use for the fight scene.

The color was just used to test the puppet joint's range which showed me so much.

Revised Animatic Failure
Now looking back at it, this has been more of a shotgun blast to the foot. I just couldn't understand the timing of my piece from the first animatic, so I decided to create another one which had less After Effect manipulation and more clarity. This was a complete fail, a complete waste of time and energy. I was suppose to start animating on week three yet I'm here at the end of week four (which doesn't sound like a long time yet is) without any production started. I have set pieces in creation, I have a better understanding of how my own story goes and what will be seen in my animation. With less time in my death thesis hour glass, I push on. Here is the revised storyboard below

FireFighter: storyboard / animatic
This is the storyboard and animatic for the Firefighter's story arch. I made the storyboard in a method of set pieces to be easily modified within After Effects which is where I made the animatic in. I introduce James, the teacher, the real fireman, the imagination Firefighter and the Fire demon he is confronted with. I am planing to do voice overs for speech and change the music for something more up beat for both the slow dull real world and the fast pace action packed imaginary world. Video is clocked in for 2.08 minutes but will be faster with a reapplied version with the fighting scene moving faster.

FireFighter: plot
Here is the script section for the Firefighter.
Script:
Just another normal day for PS114, a school within a regular suburban neighborhood where James lives. James is an average nine year old fourth grader with a not so average imagination. Today is Career day over at PS111 and as James sits within his chair, he is presented with various career possibilities. A Firefighter, a Police Officer, and the good old Shop Keep. Watching all the men dressed up in stereotypical uniforms of whichever career path they are portraying, lined up against the front of the class room. The Teacher, Miss Rosemary, is about to finish her speech about why these men are here and why it’s important to see what could become their futures later in life. This of course is less then captivating for the youngsters as they wait for the clock to hit the end of their school day. James, listening slightly, looks up from his note book doodles and scans each of the career archetypes presented to him and the rest of his classmates.
Miss Rosemary gives the floor to the Firefighter whom is the first in line. “Hello, my name is Ned Grossman, and I’m a Fire Fighter…” The words linger within James' ears, as he thinks to himself “a Fire FIGHTER eh?” Seeing himself as such he transforms from a 9 year old kid to a 29 year old Fire Fighter standing with an ax in his hand. A roaring fire grows in front of 29 year old James as he looks around his surroundings and at himself with eyes of wonder and excitement. This is interrupted by a loud scream coming from the flames. James' face turns from glee to shock as he doesn’t know what is within the fire. A lone slender figure starts to come out and appears to be a fire demon engulfed in flames. Screaming, the fire demon runs towards James and with great reflex James swings his ax which cuts off one of the demon’s arms. James goes for another slash but the demon is quicker this time and kicks James back towards a crumbling wall. Before James could get fully up from this attack, the demon collects a massive amount of air and blows fire in James' direction. Panicking, James covers his face with the edge of his coat.
After the fire blast clears, James realizes that his clothing is fire proof and smirks. While still holding his jacket open, he sees several glass orbs containing water within them. Unclipping one off of his coat, he throws it towards the demon who watches it as it drops right in front of his face and explodes causing water to spray all over the demon, gradually dissolving him. As the demon is on his knees and watches James come in for the final blow, James can hear “Thank you Ned” followed by clapping. Snapping out of his world, 9 year old James comes back to the Career oriented class room, noticing the teacher is watching him in disappointment.
